The Challenge: The digital experience team needed a mechanism for collecting user insights and feedback directly from our website visitors, helping us understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
My Role: Design lead in creating the survey component which would collect essential valuable feedback from users at the right place and time. Visitors are asked one question about the content on the page. If responses lean towards a negative feedback, they would trigger an additional survey that asks for more detailed feedback on why the experience was negative.
Result: This UX enhancement would ultimately improve the user experience and content optimization. Balancing the collection of feedback with user experience is key to maximizing these benefits.
