Hi, I'm Jodi, a Senior UX / Product Designer specializing in design systems

I’m a Senior UX Designer who approaches design systems as a strategic lever -  not just a component library, but a way to align teams, accelerate delivery, and create consistency at scale. I do my best work at the intersection of strategy and craft: helping organizations decide not just how something should look, but what it should do and why.

At Experian, I led design system initiatives that brought consistency and velocity to cross-functional teams -  building reusable patterns, aligning stakeholders, and closing the gap between product and marketing experiences. I’m hands-on by nature. I think in flows, sweat the details, and stay close to the work - while also knowing when to zoom out and advocate for the user at the table.

I’ve recently integrated AI tools into my research and design process - using them for synthesis, journey mapping, and content evaluation - and I’m genuinely excited about where that’s heading.
